"Quick delivery, fries could’ve been warmer"
My order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I actually noticed the bag was still sealed neatly and the receipt wasn’t all crumpled, so that was good. The only thing was the fries were a little cold by the time I opened them, not freezing or anything, just missing that fresh hot crispiness. Everything else was fine

I ordered from Viva Chicken i was impressed when my food showed up still really hot. The chicken, rice, and everything else tasted fresh, like it hadn’t just been sitting around waiting to go out. It’s a simple thing, but it really makes the meal so much better. Definitely a 5-star experience for me

I had a really nice experience with the staff here. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help, which made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. For me, that kind of service makes a big difference.

"Pretty good chicken"
The chicken was soft and juicy, which I was happy about because dry chicken is not it. The flavor was good too, like it had enough taste going on. I did have to wait a little bit, so that part was kind of eh, but overall I would probably eat here again...

Ordering online was mostly easy, honestly. I found what I needed and got through it, but the checkout on my phone was kind of clunky and a little slow, like I kept waiting for the next step to load. Not a huge deal, and I did finish the order, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest experience

"Super Easy Pickup and Great Food"
I ordered pickup through vivachicken and it was super easy. My food was ready right when I got there, so I didn’t have to stand around waiting, and the staff was really nice when I walked in. Everything was packed up well and was still warm by the time I got home. The chicken and sides were really good too. I’d definitely order this way again.

"Really Nice Gluten-Free Options"
I was really happy with the gluten-free choices here. Like, there were actually plenty of options, and the staff was super helpful about everything, which made it feel way less stressful. I didn’t feel like I was missing out at all, so yeah, it was a great experience

I’ve ordered from Viva Chicken a few times now, i only have myself to blame for how often I keep going back. The chicken, rice, salads, and sauces always taste fresh, but it still feels like a real meal and not just “healthy food” that leaves you hungry. It’s become my go-to when I don’t want greasy takeout but still want something satisfying. Portions are solid too. Simple, tasty, and definitely something I’ll order again.

Got dinner delivered and it showed up warm, which is all I really care about. It wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally fine. The chicken tasted good and the packaging held up. I don’t really buy into all the polished restaurant promises about “perfect service” and whatever, so I’m just going by what actually happened: food was good, delivery was decent, but one sauce was missing. 4 stars

I was mostly focused on the chicken, and that part was good. The dessert kind of faded into the background for me though. It wasn’t bad or anything, just a little plain and didn’t taste super fresh. I’d come back for the chicken, but I’d probably skip dessert next time.

"Good food, but parking could be clearer"
I like Viva Chicken and still enjoy going there, but the parking situation can be a little frustrating. Sometimes I find a spot right away, and other times I’m circling around trying to figure out where I’m supposed to go. It’s not terrible, but during lunch or dinner it can definitely be a hassle. I do wish there were clearer instructions or signs for parking, because that would make the whole visit a lot easier. I’d still go back, but the parking could be better...

I’ve been a few times and the food is decent, but after a while the menu starts to feel kind of repetitive. It’s mostly chicken stuff, which is fine, but I don’t know… I just wish there were a few more sides or different options to switch it up a bit...

Ordered catering for a work lunch and the food was actually good, no complaints there. But the delivery showed up about 25 mins late, and we had to call twice to figure out what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, just wouldn’t call it super reliable

"That Green Sauce Stuck With Me"
I really enjoyed the sauces, especially the green one. It had that perfect little kick that reminded me of the kind of sauce you remember after the meal is over, but it wasn’t so spicy that it took over everything. The yellow sauce was good too, creamy and a little different in a nice way. I’m giving 4 stars only because I wished they included a bit more sauce with the order. Still, it was really tasty overall.
